Virtual, Inc., a leading management firm based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, has been engaged to handle management and public relations for the organization. An initial pilot program in cooperation with the Chilean government has been launched with completion expected during 2003. Other project opportunities are being sought out.

2002 Programs & Goals: Seed funding has been provided by Citix Systems, Inc. in an amount of US$100,000 per year for the next three years.
