In line with wider global trends, Palestine’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector has become a relatively strong driver of its economy, not least being less constrained by restrictions on movement, access and governance imposed by the occupation.1 This has led the Palestinian Authority and international donors to focus more on ICT’s potential to drive rapid improvements in growth and employment.
