Digital Inclusion

Digital Inclusion promotes the use of open, inclusive and secure communications networks and services by marginalized groups, such as women and people with disabilities, to improve their economic, social, and/or political well-being. These interventions improve the availability of safe, secure communications networks through high and low-tech solutions that meet both current and evolving needs. To ensure internet delivery and access are affordable, interventions often engage government and the private sector in strategic partnerships. Digital inclusion activities also support innovation to ensure more people can use mobile and internet connections freely and safely.
